ABOUT LAURY
Singer/Songwriter Laury Shelley broke onto the international music scene at age 20 when she toured for over 5 years as the vocal soloist with Oscar and Grammy Award winning composer, Michel Legrand.
During that time, Shelley was featured with Legrand on two RCA albums, and performed with him at world famous concert halls, including Carnegie Hall. She performed his classic songs "I Will Wait For You", "You Must Believe In Spring", "One Day" and a duet with Legrand of his Academy Award nominated, “Pieces Of Dreams”.
Following her time with Legrand, she began to compose and perform with her own group, creating music that crossed over genres and showcased her expansive vocal range. Also, because of her musical versatility, she quickly became an in-demand commercial vocalist for companies such as McDonald's, Kellogg's, United Airlines, 7-Up, Coors Light Beer, American Greeting Cards and many others.

Although she has traveled and performed throughout the world, Laury continues to call Chicago home. Her new release, Time Is A Healer, takes you on a musical journey through her inner thoughts, promising dreams and deepest feelings.
"Like a fine wine, Laury is better than ever!"
