The Eric Hochberg Trio at Catch 35
I've had the pleasure of being invited many times to be featured as guest vocalist with The Eric Hochberg Trio at the very cool, chic restaurant Catch 35 Chicago.
This particular night I just went to hang and I happened to hear the guys with Rob Parton on trumpet as the featured guest. They couldn't have sounded any better and they were nice enough to ask me to sit in and sing a couple of tunes with them. If you have a chance be sure to head over to Catch 35 and hear the trio.
They perform Tuesdays through Saturdays from 6pm-9pm and feature pianist Steve Million, saxophonist Mark Colby and of course Eric Hochberg on bass. Throughout the week they rotate in different instrumentalists and vocalists so it is always a really great spot to visit and hear live music.
I try to get over and listen whenever I can because to me when you are listening to top of the line musicians it's a sure thing that the creativity and magic will always be flowing!
